THESSALY. Larissa. Late 4th-early 3rd centuries BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 13 mm, 2.04 g, 11 h). Head of the nypmh Larissa to right, her hair rolled up around her head, wearing pendant earring. Rev. ΛΑΡΙΣ-ΑΙΩΝ Horse standing left, preparing to roll over; below, A. Cf. BCD Thessaly II 391.1 (differing obverse style). HGC 4, 535. Light flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
